Video Production & Editing

Lightning Studios is located in Clearwater FL and encompasses design studio, insert stage with double cycled green screen 30' X 30', edit bay, plus associated recording studio.

Owner Peter Heer has experience with video and film for thirty-five years from NY to Hollywood. We specialize in DV Cam shooting and editing with special effects and compositing tools available. Our stage is set up for green screen work. We have produced a variety of industrial and documentary work over the years and cover dynamic events well. Music videos, commercials and dramatic theatrical are areas we like to do additionally.

ART FILMS

This is a brief clip from the award winning "Earth Poetry" film which runs 26 min to Arron Copland's Appalachian Spring made over thirty years ago.

DOCUMENTARY

This is an actual demonstration in a Puerto Rican State Prison of a drug/criminal rehab program that showed it was possible to change the lives of 5 habitually drug addicted criminals in 5 days with absolutely no drugs administered.

EVENT VIDEOS

The Multathlon was held in Los Angles to commemorate the anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights of the U N. It began at LA city hall and consisted of running and biking 250 miles around LA over 5 days. Peter Heer and team shot and later edited this 30 min. video of which 10 min. is shown here.
